Rasa Salon Policy

Scheduling

  • All new clients need to schedule a free consultation appointment prior to hair services. Consultation are now digital, consultation forms need to be filled prior to booking an appointment.
  • We accept cash & credit cards only no personal checks.
  • All new clients are required to leave a 20% deposit when scheduling a first time appointment. This will be applied to the first appointment only.
  • Please come to your appointment alone. Space is limited, let us know in advance if you would like to bring a guest.
  • Children are not allowed unless they are being serviced or we approve in advance.
  • Please bring images of your desired hair style to your consultation
  • Please let us know all the services you need so we can schedule enough time, extra services can be added to future appointments.

Services

  • Please remove your hairstyles before coming to your appointment.
  • If you need your style removed, please schedule an appointment for a style removal.
  • There is an hourly charge to remove styles and extensions.
  • Prices for hair extension services do not include the cost of the hair. Prices for various types of hair have a wide range.
  • You may purchase your own hair and bring with you to your appointment, or we can pre order hair extensions of your choice.
  • Deposits must be made in advance for Rasa Salon to order hair for extensions.

Cancellation

  • Please give us 24 hour advanced notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • If appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours we charge a $25 fee for the stylists inconvenience. Deposit will be held for first time clients who do not cancel within 24 hours.
  • Future appointments cannot be scheduled until $25 no show fee is received.

Lateness

  • If you are over 15 min late we may need to adjust services being done, cancel or reschedule your appointment. If appointment needs to be rescheduled because of lateness a $25 late fee will be charged.
  • Showing up early will not guarantee earlier service.

Satisfaction

We strive for your satisfaction and stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied please give us a call within 48 hours and we will make every effort to resolve your concerns to the best of our abilities as soon as possible. Rasa Salon does not offer refunds.
