• Consultations are now digital and required for ALL new clients and anyone inquiring about extensions or installation services.
• Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
• Please give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours we charge a $25 fee for the stylists inconvenience. Deposit will be held for first time clients who do not cancel within 24 hours.
• Future appointments cannot be scheduled until $25 no show fee is received.

• A $25 booking fee is required for all existing clients to reserve your appointment slot. It’s subtracted from the total service cost. It must be paid 24-48 hours prior to service.
